CMDA Club

The CMDA Club is an interdisciplinary academic club serving not only CMDA students, but any students in relevant studies, or with interest in the field. Involvement includes discussion of modern techniques and applying them in competitions.

The CMDA Club hosts the ASA Datafest competition annually in the spring semester in addition to assisted mini data competitions throughout the school year. These competitions allow networking with companies and an environment in which to apply skills and techniques learned in class on large data sets.

The CMDA Club, which is open to all, also aims to give underclassmen the opportunity to learn new skills through workshops conducted by professionals and professors.
